Rex's Freight Notes
Why I Built Rex Forwarding
Before a customer entrusts a shipment to me, they should be able to see more than a service list. They should be able to understand how I think about the work.

Short Answer
Rex Forwarding brings together my career, practical explanations and verified case studies. It is a place for manufacturers, trading companies and overseas forwarders to understand my approach before discussing a shipment.
Classification, packing and acceptance remain subject to the current edition of applicable regulations, carrier review and port requirements. Confirm before shipment.
Give experience a form people can use
A company introduction can explain what services are offered. An article can go further: what information matters, why a question is being asked and where a plan still needs confirmation.
That is the role of the freight notes. They are intended to make the next discussion more specific, not to replace a shipment review.
Keep the person and the business clear
Rex is my English name. You can discuss initial shipment plans and key questions directly with me. THANKSTART, the company I co-founded, handles the business, with operations colleagues managing daily bookings, documents and milestone updates. SEAJOY remains part of my career history; it still exists but no longer takes on business.
The site separates general guidance from verified cases. A case should identify the assignment, the work undertaken and the limits of the evidence, rather than presenting every outcome as a future promise.
Write for both sides of the shipment
Chinese exporters and overseas forwarders may need different explanations, but they need the same factual foundation. Dates, scope and responsibility should agree across both languages.
The invitation is straightforward: read the approach, then bring your cargo details. We can discuss what is known, what needs checking and whether the assignment is a suitable fit.

Read the warehouse instructions and recorded departure and arrival milestones. US clearance and exhibition delivery were outside my scope.

- Who is the site for?

- Can I request a quote here?

- Is every article a customer case?
- No. Freight notes explain approaches and questions; verified case studies are identified separately.
- Does the site promise acceptance?
- No. Published guidance does not replace cargo-specific review or carrier acceptance.
