Current website enquiry mode

Enquiries are currently handled by email. This website does not accept online enquiry forms or document uploads. A mail link opens your email app; you decide what to include and when to send it. Copying an address or template does not send anything.

Contact and cargo details

I handle initial shipment planning and coordinate key issues. Business is handled through THANKSTART, the company I co-founded, with our operations team managing day-to-day bookings, documents and milestone updates. Contracting, invoicing and service scope are confirmed in writing for each shipment.

You can email your name, company, reply address, cargo description and requested transport scope to Rex at rex@thankstart.com. These details support the shipment discussion and preparation of a quote. Only send documents you are authorised to share, and remove unrelated personal or customer identifiers.

Email is handled through the company's NetEase enterprise mailbox, not through a website upload directory. Please contact Rex if you need to discuss document handling before sending sensitive material. The website does not analyse enquiries automatically or send customer documents to an AI service.

Storage and deletion questions

The website's disabled upload feature does not provide a deletion schedule for email correspondence. Please contact rex@thankstart.com to ask about information held in connection with your enquiry, or to request a correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify the conversation; do not email identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

Website analytics and technical access

No analytics platform is currently enabled in the website. Delivering web pages can involve technical access information, such as IP addresses, at the hosting or network layer. The final hosting, logging and retention arrangements must be confirmed before public launch; this notice does not claim that all technical logs are disabled.

Before public launch or online collection

This is the current pre-launch notice. Mailbox retention, access arrangements, hosting providers and applicable privacy requirements still require review before public launch. Enabling online submissions would also require an updated notice and verified storage, access and deletion procedures. Closing the web form does not remove the need to handle email correspondence appropriately.
